National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal is a public, government-recognized National Law University established in 1997 by the Madhya Pradesh State Legislature, making it the second NLU in India after NLSIU Bangalore. It is accredited by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Bar Council of India (BCI), and is affiliated with the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
